Important Dates and Deadlines
- Initial Deposit: $100 pp due by August 16, 2024
- Second Deposit: 50% due by January 16, 2025
- Final payment: Remainder due by April 16, 2025
- Rooms are 100% nonrefundable on January 17, 2025

Once you receive your invoice (within 2 business days of registering) just click the link at the bottom of your invoice to
submit your room deposit.

Guests at Secrets Wild Orchid have free flow access to Secrets St. James next door. Preferred Club level guests enjoy access to the neighboring Breathless Montego Bay Resort and Spa as well. Preferred Club Rooms & Double Rooms are limited and are available on a first come first serve basis.
Room Prices
At this resort all meals, snacks, and beverages are included in the room price. Your room rate also includes all of your taxes and fees, as well as your roundtrip transfers from the airport in Montego Bay to the resort. Access to the restaurants, bars, and amenities at the neighboring Breathless Montego Bay is included for preferred club guests only.
Initial Deposits
Your nonrefundable initial deposit of $100 per person is due by August 16, 2024.
Once you receive your invoice there will be a link at the bottom to the payment form.
You can use this form to submit your deposit and start an automatic monthly payment plan if you’d like.
Simply chose NO if you prefer not to participate in the automatic payment plan.
Final Payments
Your room must be 50% paid before January 16, 2025 and the balance must be paid in full by April 16, 2025.
Your room is nonrefundable on January 17, 2025.
Automatic Payment Plan Options
Automatic monthly payment plans are available so that you can set it and forget it. Payments are withdrawn on the 15th of each month. If you opt in to a monthly plan then you’ll receive a reminder at least 3 days prior to your preapproved automatic payment withdrawal. If you need for payments to be withdrawn on a date other than the 15th please email Tony at tcain@enextravel.com to make alternate arrangements.
How to Opt-in to an Automatic Payment Plan
When you complete the payment form to submit your initial deposit, simply select YES to the payment plan question and then tell us how many monthly payments you’d like to make.
RESORT TRANSFERS
Your room rate includes all of your taxes and fees. Your round-trip resort transfers are also included in your room rates as long as you provide us with your flight details by May 23, 2025. This gives the transportation company enough time to arrange staffing and vehicles for the entire group.
FLIGHTS
The airport you need when booking flights is Sangster international Airport, airport code MBJ. We recommend that you book your flights as early as you can. You may book on your favorite airline, Consider using miles or credit card points if you have them. Our agency is not able to assist with bookings that involve loyalty miles or credit card points.
If you would like to book your room and air together, we would be happy to assist. Simply email enlightenexcursions@gmail.com with your preferences for airlines, flight times, and number of connections, Please be advised that the airline payment portion is due in full at the time of booking your flights. Please be prepared with your payment upon requesting a quote.
And please don’t forget to provide us with your flight information no later than May 23, 2025 so that we can arrange your included resort transfers.

You are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance to cover certain risks inherent in travel such as supplier bankruptcy, group cancellation and the inability to travel due to a medical or personal emergency.
Coverage and rates may vary by state. Some policies include coverage for trip interruption or cancellation. The full coverage terms and details, including limitations and exclusions, will be contained in the insurance policy that you choose to purchase.
Please note that the Travel Protection Plus Plan MUST be purchased within 5 days of your initial room deposit.

This plan covers trip interruption, trip delay, as well as accident and emergency medical coverage. Cancellation is not covered on this policy.

Please note that if you purchase your Travelex Travel Select Policy more than 15 days after your initial trip deposit bonus coverages such as the Pre-existing condition waiver and the Financial default benefit will not apply to your purchase.
NOTE: Anyone who knowingly presents a false or fraudulent travel insurance claim for payment of a loss or benefit, or knowingly presents false information in an application for insurance is guilty of a crime and may be subject to fines and confinement in prison.
