The Registration Process
Submit the Trip Registration form ASAP to reserve your room and receive an invoice.
The Payment Process
Once you have submitted your registration form, you will receive an invoice with the total cost of the trip.

Payment Plans
Make trip installments according to the schedule in the dates to remember section.
But, if you’d rather not try to remember all of the payments dates, just set it and forget it with a monthly payment plan.
AFTER your deposits have been submitted, you can use the button below to complete the form to authorize up to 10 automatically debited monthly payments!
With the automatic monthly payment plan, you’ll receive monthly reminders at least 3 business days before each payment is debited.
Dates to Remember
June 15, 2024: Deposits of $150 per adult and $100 per child are due.
October 25, 2024: Second deposit equal to 50% of your tour balance is due.
April 25, 2025: Final payments are due.
May 3, 2025: Flight information is due.

Refund Policy
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Travel insurance is highly recommended.
- The cost of your travel protection policy is not refundable.
- If you cancel at least 45 days prior to departure all monies paid can be used as credit towards a future trip with this supplier.
- If you purchase air with us airfare is subject to your airline’s cancellation fees and penalties.
