We are super excited for you to join us at our destination wedding in the Turks and Caicos Islands.
Our wedding will be held on the beach at Beaches Turks and Caicos Resort Villages and Spa on June 28, 2024.
This luxury all-inclusive family resort is located in Grace Bay in Providenciales, Turks & Caicos.
Our Celebration
- Arrive in TCI: No later than June 27, 2024
- Wedding Date: June 28, 2024
You may of course arrive earlier and/or extend your stay after the wedding if you would like.
Registration
- 10% of total room cost is required to secure your room
- Final balance is due by March 20, 2024
To be considered part of Garry and Clover’s Wedding Group, you must book your room with Enlighten Excursions and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel).

ROOMS AT BEACHES TURKS AND CAICOS
Room Prices
At this resort all meals, snacks, and beverages are included in the room price. Your room rate also includes all of your taxes and fees, as well as your roundtrip transfers from the airport in Los Cabos to the resort.
Initial Deposits
A 10% deposit of your total room cost is required to secure your room.
Once you receive your invoice there will be a link at the bottom to the payment form.
You can use this form to submit your deposit and start an automatic monthly payment plan in you’d like..
Simply choose NO if you prefer not to participate in the automatic payment plan.
Final Payments
Your room balance must be paid in full by March 20, 2024.
Automatic Payment Plan Options
Automatic Payment Plans are available so that you can set it and forget it. Payments are withdrawn on the 15th of each month. If you opt in to a monthly plan then you’ll receive a reminder at least 3 days prior to your preapproved automatic payment withdrawal. If you need for payments to be withdrawn on a date other than the 15th please email Tony at tcain@enextravel.com to make alternate arrangements.
How top Opt-in to an Automatic Payment Plan
When you complete the payment form to submit your initial deposit, simply select YES to the payment plan question and then tell us how many monthly payments you’d like to make. If you start your monthly payments on January 15, 2022 your room balance can be divided into as many as 15 equal payments.
RESORT TRANSFERS
Your room rate includes all of your taxes and fees. Your round-trip resort transfers are also included in your room rates as long as you provide us with your flight details by April 29, 2024. This gives the transportation company enough time to arrange staffing and vehicles for the entire group.
FLIGHTS
The airport you need when booking flights is Providenciales International Airport, airport code PLS. We recommend that you book your flights as early as you can. You may book on your favorite airline. Consider using miles or credit card points if you have them. Our agency is not able to assist with bookings that involve loyalty miles or credit card points.
If you would like to book your room and air together, we would be happy to assist. Simply email ds@enexromancetravel.com with your preferences for airlines, flight times and number of connections. Please be advised that the airline payment portion is due in full at the time of booking your flights. Please be prepared with your payment upon requesting a quote.
And please don’t forget to provide us with your flight information no later than April 29, 2024 so that we can arrange your included resort transfers.

We strongly advise that you take out Travel Protection in order to cover you and your party against the cost of cancellation by you; the cost of assistance (including repatriation) in the event of accident or illness; loss of baggage and other expenses. This allows you to cancel up to the day of departure for any reason, and receive a voucher only for the land portion of your vacation for future travel.
This policy provides protection for:
• Medical expenses
• Pre-existing conditions
• Ground ambulance
• Travel delay
• Medical evacuation
Policy price: $114 per adult and $94 per child
Note: Once paid, the Travel Protection Plan is non-refundable. The above coverage amount applies to all the guests traveling.

Please note that if you purchase your Travelex Travel Select Policy more than 15 days after your initial trip deposit bonus coverages such as the Pre-existing condition waiver and the Financial default benefit will not apply to your purchase.
NOTE: Anyone who knowingly presents a false or fraudulent travel insurance claim for payment of a loss or benefit, or knowingly presents false information in an application for insurance is guilty of a crime and may be subject to fines and confinement in prison.
