The Resort
The Barceló Maya Grand Resort Complex is made up of 6 hotels: Barceló Maya Beach, Maya Caribe, Maya Colonial, Maya Tropical, Barceló Maya Palace & Barceló Maya Riviera Adults Only. It is located on one of the most beautiful beaches in the Mexican Caribbean that stretches along more than one mile of white sand, a coral reef and crystal clear turquoise waters.

Dining at Barcelo Maya Palace
The Barcelo Maya Palace Resort features 6 restaurants, all overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Guests can enjoy buffet and à la carte restaurants which specialize in Brazilian, French, and Caribbean (seafood) cuisine, as well as other international cuisines.
In addition, guests 18 and older can enjoy buffet and specialty restaurants at the Barceló Maya Riviera Adults Only resort with an additional cost per person per service.
Specialty Restaurant Dress code: Semi-formal: Men should wear long pants and closed-toe shoes. Women may wear open-toe shoes, but not beach footwear or sandals. Beach attire is not permitted.

If you’d like us to purchase your flights we will provide you air quotes on the day you are ready to make the flight purchase.

You have 2 different options for travel protection on this trip

Travel Protection Plus – Cash Refund Policy: This policy allows you to cancel your room for any reason and provides credit card reimbursement for your vacation package costs (minus the cost of your policy) if you cancel in writing at least one week prior to scheduled arrival date

Travel Protection Plus – Travel Credit Refund Policy: This policy allows you to cancel your room for any reason and provides a refund in the form of a future travel credit with this supplier (minus the cost of your policy) if you cancel in writing to our agency at least one week prior to scheduled arrival date

These policies only cover flight cancellation if the flights are booked with the hotel supplier.
If you buy this insurance and book air on your own rather than through the hotel supplier, you must insure air with another insurer.
This Travel Protection Plan must be added within 7 days of your initial deposit.

Travelex is one of the best policies in the industry. They offer a basic and a premium policy.
Travelex Travel Insurance rates are based on age, state of residence and total trip cost.
Trip Cancellation benefits under this policy apply to any non-refundable travel expenses you may incur upon cancellation including flights as long as the cost has been included in your total trip cost when purchasing the policy.
You must provide documentation of your reasons for cancellation.
Eligible covered reasons severe illness, accidents, certain work emergencies such as certain schedule changes or job terminations. Upon claim approval you will then receive reimbursement of non-refundable travel expenses.
