Pro Tip: If you are planning to check a bag, pack your wedding day outfit in your carry-on luggage. This is just in case your checked bag takes a detour.
Welcome Event
Please come as you are. This event is meant to be a super casual come as you are evening of fun on the beach. So, please dress comfortably, but don't forget your sunscreen and insect repellent!
Wedding Day
Wedding day attire is best described as beach semi-formal. This means be comfortable but, dress to impress. So, no flip flops, jeans, tank tops or cutoff shorts. Our theme is tropical prints. So have fun with florals!
Nightly Dining
Keep in mind that the dress code for dinner at most restaurants at Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana is Smart Casual. This means guests should not wear bathing suits or flip-flops to dinner even at the buffet.

Register to Attend
Complete and submit the room registration form to let us know the names and ages of all guests who will share a room with you.
Be sure to include the email of all guests who will be providing payment.

Review Your Invoice
Within 48 hours of completing your registration, you’ll receive a link to log into your travel plan, select a travel insurance option and approve the invoice for your resort stay.
Submit your room payment and let us know if you have any questions.
FAQs
What is the Registration Deadline
If you are planning to attend we ask that all guests register promptly and book their room within our room block before November 1, 2025. If you miss the deadline, give our travel advisor Deirdre a call at +1.301.384.1519.
What if I Miss the Registration Deadline?
Please go ahead and register but follow up your registration with a call to our travel advisor Deirdre at 301.384.1519 (office landline).
Can I book a room outside the room block?
To attend the wedding and weekend events, guests must book in the room block.
Can I stay longer than 3 nights?
Yes, just let us know your preferred dates of stay and we’ll request the additional nights.
Is Airfare Included?
No, airfare is not included in the room block rate. However, if you prefer not to book your own flight just complete the flight quote request form to receive a quote for a room and flight bundle. Keep in mind however, that unlike our guest room rates quoted airfare package rates can change significantly if not purchased immediately upon quotation.
Can I use airline Points to book Flights?
No, unfortunately our travel agency cannot assist with any bookings using airline points or flight credits.
Which Airport Should I fly into?
Please be sure to fly into the Punta Cana International Airport, airport code PUJ.
Is Transportation Included?
Round trip shared shuttle transportation is available for $40 per person. However, if you’d like to upgrade to private transportation, you can indicate this during registration.
What happens if I need to cancel my trip?
Your vacation is nonrefundable unless you opt to purchase travel insurance. Our agency offers a policy that protects against the unexpected and allows you to cancel for any reason if you purchase the policy upon purchasing your room. Remember you must accept or decline the offer of travel insurance upon paying for your room.
Are Payment Plans Available?
In this particular instance, rooms must be paid in full. But in extenuating circumstances our travel consultant may be able to assist or offer advice. Don’t be shy about reaching out.
Is there a wedding registry?
We feel so incredibly honored that so many of our friends and family members are planning to join us that we honestly can’t think of any better gift!
